Golden Property Group (UK) Ltd was founded by Claire Yew initially as a property management company to manage her own portfolio of Buy To Lets as well some clients’.
As the company progressed, she shifted her focus to managing development projects as well as investing in other developer's projects.
Being in a unique position as a property developer as well as an angel investor in other development projects, she:
1. Understands the numbers and the processes involved in a development project
2. Understands what is important to an investor
3. Has access to off-market investment opportunities.
As a result of all of the above and due to demand from busy professionals, (especially Malaysians), to identify suitable investment opportunities in the UK, she extended her services to include helping them to identify and share property investment opportunities that meet their specific needs and goals.
