About Us
Golden Property Group (UK) Ltd was founded by Claire Yew in 2015 initially as a property management company, to manage her own portfolio of Buy To Lets as well some special clients’s.
In 2017, she progressed her property management and investment business to property development, by firstly investing with Joint-Venture partners to purchase commercial properties which are then converted that to residential apartments for sale. She later managed to buy a piece of land in London, with Joint Ventures with Malaysian Investors, to build a block of 3 apartments for sale.
During this course of property journey, she has helped several Malaysian investors to identify and acquire suitable investment properties here in the UK, mentored them on their path to financial freedom, and partnered with Malaysians investors in development projects.
Seeing that on one hand there are many good investment opportunities and so many good reasons for Malaysians to invest in the UK, and on the other hand, there are many Malaysians who aspire to invest in the UK, but lack the knowledge, experience about the local market, and support from someone they can work with and trust, she has decided to be the bridge to this gap, and help connect Malaysians with investment opportunities tailored to their needs.

Personal Assistant to Claire Yew
Ruth Gutierez has a degree in Chemical Engineering. She also completed her Professional Education units to qualify her for a teaching position in Senior High School majoring in Physical Sciences and Mathematics. She has experience tutoring Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English to Elementary and High School students. As a Personal Assistant, she provides administrative support to the director.
Ruth is a mother of 3 beautiful girls, and is an invaluable member of the team.
KATHERINE MIGRINO
Admin
Katherine Migrino holds a degree in accountancy and another degree in law. She has 7 years accounting experience in public practice and bookkeeping, 8 years CSR in banking, 7 years in law firm practice as CPA-legal staff, and worked online for 7 years with new Mark Grubb Knigh Frank real estate firm as lease administrator. With Golden Property Group,she takes on the responsibility of a book keeper as well as a deal analyst.

Nick is our architect and contract administrator for our new build development project in Croydon, Ria Apartments.
He has been working with us since the beginning of the project, from designing the block to 3 flats, to managing and getting planning application removed, and recently managed the tender process and assisted in helping us select a reliable and reputable contractor for this project.

Currently, Daniel is the Head of Veterinarian in PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, in Indonesia, but has grown his personal property portfolio with a mix of Buy-to-Lets and Service Accommodation since 2013 in the UK, and invests in various development projects in the UK.
