This is a Joint Venture Project with developer London Edinburgh Holdings Limited, where we have invested and have introduced other investors to this project.

London Edinburgh Holdings Ltd is converting a listed church in the heart of Portobello into five unique townhouses. Each house has its own generous garden plus parking space. These luxurious townhouses have plenty of space for home working. Each townhouse has five bedrooms and ranges from 2,900sqft to 3,900sqft.  First phase townhouses are now available to reserve through Ballantynes Surveyors and estate agents.
