Eco Friendly detached houses in Loggerheads in Partnership with the developer, Chancery Lane Group Limited

We have purchased a piece of land to build 3 units of 4 bed detached carbon-neutral eco-homes, (artist impression in photo).
The houses will be built utilising an ICF shell product (instead of bricks) which dramatically reduces the building programme, provides a significantly lower carbon footprint, and uses less energy than any form of construction.
This means instead of spending months building brick walls and being dependent on the weather, the shells will be up in about 2 weeks, once foundations are in. The wall insulation is also superior to bricks, so minimal energy will be required to keep the home warm.
